日本の優れた文化というのは、「公式には」、「体面的には」誰からも評価されていないものだった。そして公式に、体面の上からも評価されるようになるとその文化は潰えてゆく。

つまり、日本人の精神の根幹を為す要素というのは「中二病」です。中二病こそが日本人の大いなる病理にして美徳なのだと思います。世間からは評価されていないとされているものを「みんなと一緒に自分だけの楽しみとして楽しむ」という一見何が何だか分からない歪んだ精神が日本の文化を育ててきた。
